What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to our session. If for some reason something unavoidable comes up after the 24 hour period, please reach out to me via email @ katie-rtt@outlook.com. If you miss you your scheduled appointment and do not let me know a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Failure to turn up repeatedly to appointments will result in a termination of services all together.

I understand that Katie Lucantonio is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that counselling should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor or any other practitioner.

Confidentiality
The Woman Who Rises complies with all privacy and confidentiality laws. Your personal information is kept confidential under the Privacy Act 1988. We will not share your information with any other party without your express permission, except where we are required to do so under law. This may apply in circumstances where we have a 'duty of care'; that is when you are at serious risk of harming yourself, harming someone else or there is a child protection concern. De-identified transcripts and demographic data may be used for the purposes of clinical supervision or to evaluate the services provided by The Woman Who Rises.

Do you offer Medicare Rebates?
Counselling is currently not covered by Medicare. If for any reason you are unable to pay the fee, please feel free to reach out for possible payment plans or other offers that maybe of help with a lesser investment.

Do you take on male clients?
Yes, I often see male clients for 1:1 sessions as well as couples counselling
